Whale Tales of the North Sea

Whale Tales of the North Sea

Type: Family Fun

DFDS has paired up with wildlife charity, ORCA, for an amazing season of wildlife-watching and educational talks, including plenty for kids.

They will be kicking it all off with a special event onboard King Seaways on Saturday 25 March while the ship is docked in port.

BBC wildlife presenter, Michaela Strachan will be giving a fascinating talk, ‘Really Wild with Cetaceans’. Afterwards ORCA will talk all about the local marine wildlife in the North Sea, as well as the wildlife ORCA and DFDS have spotted onboard over 10 years together.

Starting at 11am and finishing at 2pm, it costs just £16 for adults and only £12 for kids, including a packed lunch! Mascot Jack the Pirate will also be there, entertaining the little ones before the talks.

So come along for the 10 year anniversary of working with ORCA and a brilliant day of learning about, and falling in love with your local marine wildlife.
