When you find the strange lights you’ll know you are in the right place!

A magical pop up treat of twinkling hearts, sing along songs, dancing red lobsters, mischievous mystical Raiju,  a snow Queen trapped in a magnificent snow dome, kitch cookery 60’s style and a loud Spark finale all accompanied by the Winterlites dancers, live music a miniature sound system and of course St Nicholas himself.

Highlights include:

Fri 3rd Dec The Winterheart parade from Whitley Bay Metro Station 4pm. Join St Nicholas, the Winterlites, a giant Lambton Worm and more along Station Road and Whitley Road to the Christmas tree where you can join in some familiar winter songs with Whitley Women

Sat 4th Dec find the Snow Globe plus the mischievous Raiju from On Board Arts in Park View while Bradley Creswick serenades on violin  

Sun 5th Dec Whitley Bay Fiesta is back in town from 11am till 3pm with all sorts of entertainment and activity in the centre. Winterheart workshop inside St Paul’s Church from 12pm - 3pm

Thu 9th Dec join the 60’s style fun and games with Kitch Kafe from Fairly Famous Family for one night only on Park View and  Ziad Jabero sings his own songs with the winterheart sound system 

Fri 10th Dec the dancing ‘Lobsters a la Carte’ from Artizani Theatre and the Baghdaddies brass band will be on Station Road

Sat 11th Dec festival finale with Propper Buzzin and Worldbeaters’ Spark LED drummers in the town centre.
